Moving AI from experimentation to production is one of the main challenges businesses face in 2026. Software companies, startups and digital teams need systems that protect their data and deliver reliable AI responses.
This creates a growing need for skilled AI engineers.
To meet this demand, Novity has invested in continuous training for its technology and product teams. Our new status within Anthropic's partner network recognises this commitment.
Recognition of technical expertise built into our DNA
Building AI solutions requires a solid understanding of large language models (LLMs) and how they work.
To develop these skills, Novity supported its engineers through the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F) certification.
This technical assessment tests an engineer's ability to design, secure and manage software systems built with Anthropic's Claude models.
Our team's certifications have enabled Novity to join the Services Track of the Claude Partner Network with Certified status. This recognises our ability to deliver reliable, well-documented AI solutions.
This milestone also reflects an approach we have followed since Novity was founded in 2019: we test new technologies internally before introducing them to our clients.
We are our own first client.
When Claude Code launched, we made it available to our engineering teams. They began using it in their daily work and exploring its practical applications.
We then built on this experience through client projects. Today, we combine hands-on knowledge with certified technical skills to support businesses adopting AI.
Xavier Lernould, Founder and CEO of Novity, explains:
Integrating AI into business processes requires practical action. Theory without code creates no value. But code without a clear understanding of architecture leads to technical debt.
By supporting our engineers through the CCA-F certification, we chose a rigorous approach. Achieving Certified status shows our partners that we understand the security and implementation standards set by the companies developing these technologies.»
AI Engineering in production: A multidisciplinary approach
At Novity, Claude expertise is not limited to a single specialist team.
AI affects every stage of software development. Successful integration therefore requires skills across several areas.
We train and certify professionals from different roles, including software architects, full-stack developers, data engineers, DevOps engineers, QA specialists and Product Owners.
This mix of expertise helps us manage complex AI integration projects.
For example, building an autonomous AI agent involves more than choosing a model or writing prompts.
Teams must also understand business needs, connect AI to existing systems, manage data flows and meet security requirements.
Our CCA-F-certified engineers consider all these factors. They help businesses integrate AI into their wider IT systems rather than treating it as a standalone tool.
Building AI delivery around technical expertise
Our engineers currently work with more than 15 companies, helping them structure and deploy AI solutions while supporting adoption across their technology and product teams.
These projects cover sectors including FinTech, B2B services, RetailTech and HealthTech.
Our Certified status reflects the technical skills we have developed to support this work.
Here are four areas covered by the CCA-F certification and how Novity applies them to client projects.
What our anthropic partnership means for your teams and projects
Technology leaders need more than powerful AI tools.
They need solutions that work with their existing systems, support daily operations and remain reliable as their business grows.
As a technology and AI partner, Novity's role goes beyond connecting an API.
Depending on your needs, we support each stage of AI integration. This includes identifying use cases, connecting AI to existing systems, managing data, strengthening security and preparing solutions to scale.
By combining our experience in software and product engineering with Claude's capabilities, we help businesses develop AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
Our focus is on reliable, secure AI that teams can use in real working environments.
The Claude Partner Network
Joining Anthropic's official partner network as a Services Partner recognises our technical delivery capabilities in France, across Europe and internationally.
It also gives us access to technical updates and product developments. This helps our teams keep client solutions aligned with changes in Claude's technology.
The Claude Partner Network at a glance
The Claude Partner Network is Anthropic's programme for companies that help clients deploy Claude in production.
Its Services Track recognises partners that build certified delivery teams, implement Claude use cases and demonstrate their expertise through public client references.
The programme includes four partner levels: Certified, Select, Preferred and Global Premier.
Continuing to scale AI adoption
As Anthropic develops its AI models for businesses, the requirements for secure and reliable integration continue to grow.
Our Certified status reflects Novity's ongoing investment in the skills needed to meet these requirements.
Over the coming months, we will continue to expand our network of certified consultants across our technology and product teams in Madagascar and Mauritius.
Our goal remains the same: help clients build reliable software, adopt AI responsibly and maintain high standards of engineering quality.
